Returns & Refund Policy 

Thanks for purchasing our products at PALLADEAL.CA operated by PALLA DEAL.

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions.  We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know.  Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 21 days to return or exchange a product purchased online with a valid receipt.  You are eligible for a full return within 21 days after you receive it.  After the 21 days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked and not torn packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.  If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping changes (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

If you have any further questions or would like to request a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Refunds (if applicable)

When you apply for returns and refunds, please provide the tracking number in the "Comments/Questions" section of the application email.  Once you refunded product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your retuned product.  We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days.  If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. 

In the following cases, we will refund the full amount (including shipping) or replace the new products.

  • Send the wrong product.  

In the case, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • The product has no reason to request a return within 21 days after receipt.  Only the price of the product itself will be refunded.    

Refunds are not granted in the following condition

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, and
  • Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1.     If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

2.     Then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before you refund is officially posted.

3.     Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4.     If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 21 calendar days, please contact us at sale@palladeal.ca

Final Sale Items

We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective.

 Exchange (If applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a product for the same product, please send us an email at sale@palladeal.ca

Gift

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the product is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.

If the product wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and he will be informed of your return.

 Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the following address: sale@palladeal.ca with your contact details, tracking number, and the reason for your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product, unless the product is defective.  Shipping costs are not refundable, if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Right of cancellation

In addition to our Returns & Refund Policy, if you cancel your order, please send us the cancelation email before 12pm. We collect our order by 12pm, and ship the order in 3 business days. The late cancellation is not acceptable. Once the products have been shipped, customers could only request for return & refund.
